Wes Hagen is back! It’s time for another J. Wilkes wine dinner.  From the time he was the winemaker for his family’s winery, Clos Pepe, Wes has shared his wines and stories and thoroughly entertained us.  Our Prix Fixe Chef, Kate has paired the following menu with some of J. Wilkes’ current releases and it promises to be an amazing evening.
