Big Red Wine Dinner

This annual event is very popular.  What’s not to like? Some times we have a selection of wines from different wineries and sometimes we feature one special winery. One thing is for sure, it’s always big and it’s always red (mostly). The theme definitely fits the season and you won’t want to miss it!

1st Course
Grilled Baguette, coriander infused triple cream brie, spicy yellow tomato jam

2nd Course
Wild Mushroom & Sage Fricassee, wilted arugula, porcini dusted parmesan crisp

3rd Course
Balsamic Glazed Chicken Liver, charred scallions, apple and bacon compote

4th Course
Fig Braised Short Ribs, sweet potato -gorgonzola gratin, seared kale

Mulled Wine Poached Pear, house made cinnamon ice cream, orange honey drizzle
